WORKWEAR
The CORE+ base layer is a thick, extra warm base for cold conditions, and it's also available in a women’s fit. The thermal properties retain the bodies core heat at the highest level in icy conditions and allow sweat to be wicked away quickly from the skin at a rapid rate. The compression weave is designed to cling tight to the body to help with muscle fatigue and rapid wicking. The body-mapped design has been athletically shaped, so the high wicking fabric can sit tight to the body in order to absorb and disperse as much sweat as possible, all the while allowing maximum movement in the high stretch areas. The warm nature and fast sweat distribution properties mean that the Core+ is a perfect base layer under warm outers in cold climates as well as a standalone layer in the mild parts of the day. The CORE+ should be used in temperatures ranging from -5C to 10C for maximum performance. For warmer conditions, the CORE range is recommended.

Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days of dispatch in off-peak periods. During peak periods, such as Christmas and sale events, dispatch may take longer. During major sale events, please allow an extra 4–5 working days for dispatch.
We use trusted New Zealand couriers, including NZ Post/ Courier Post and Post Haste.

WARRANTIES
These policies don't affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
1. 1 YEAR WARRANTY
If your Hunters Element product has a manufacturer's fault within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, which may give you a repair, replacement, or refund beyond one year depending on the product and the fault.
2. WARRANTY ISSUES
If your product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us with photos of the fault and your order number or proof of purchase.
3. LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY
We know hunting is tough on gear. If your kit gets damaged, we'll help sort it out. If it's torn or punctured, we'll repair it where we can for a small fee, with more complex repairs costing a little more. To keep your gear in top shape, see our Product Care Guide.

If you've ordered online and need a different size, you can return your item through our returns portal. Items must be in brand-new condition with swing tags attached. We'll process your refund or exchange once we receive your item. Please allow extra time during peak and sale periods. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that don't meet these conditions. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
6. MYSTERY BUNDLES
Mystery bundles are final sale and can't be returned for change of mind or sizing, so please order your usual size. This doesn’t affect your rights if an item is faulty.
