E RIDE PRO COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Joint Promotion. This competition (the “Competition”) is a joint promotion run by Hunters Element (a brand of Evolve Outdoors Group Limited) and Hunting & Fishing New Zealand (“Hunting & Fishing NZ”), together referred to as the “Promoters”.

2. Competition Period. The Competition runs from Friday 18 September 2026 to 1 November 2026 (inclusive). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter. To enter, customers must spend NZD $100 or more (in a single transaction) on Hunters Element gear during the Competition Period. Each qualifying $100 spend earns one entry into the draw.

Customers may enter multiple times — each separate qualifying transaction of $100 or more on Hunters Element gear constitutes a further entry.

Qualifying purchases can be made through any of the following channels:

• the Hunters Element New Zealand website;
• any Hunting & Fishing NZ store; or
• the Hunting & Fishing NZ website.

Only spend on Hunters Element branded gear qualifies. Purchases of other brands, gift cards, delivery/freight charges, and any amounts refunded or returned do not count toward the $100 qualifying threshold.

4. Eligibility. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and have a physical New Zealand delivery address. Proof of age and identity may be required.

The Prize

5. The Prize. The prize is one (1) e-Ride Pro Bike (Model 3.0), fitted with 16″ rear and 19″ front mud tyres and custom wrapped in Hunters Element Desolve Veil Camo, valued at NZD $10,490. There is one prize available and one winner. The prize will be supplied by Black Sheep Trading, the New Zealand distributor for E-ride Pro.

6. Prize Availability. In the event the prize (or any component of it) becomes unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Draw & Notifying the Winner

7. The Draw. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries within two (2) weeks of the Competition end date of 1 November 2026.

8. Contacting the Winner. The winner will be contacted by phone, followed by written confirmation. The winner must be able to be contacted using the details provided at entry.

9. Acknowledgement & Redraw. If the winner does not acknowledge contact from the Promoters within seven (7) days of first contact being made, the Promoters reserve the right to draw another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. This process may be repeated until a winner is confirmed.

Privacy & Data

10. Collection & Joint Ownership of Entry Data. By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that the personal information they provide on the entry form (including name, contact details and address) is collected and jointly held by both Promoters — Hunters Element and Hunting & Fishing NZ. Each Promoter is a joint owner of, and may independently access, use and store, the entry data.

11. Use of Entry Data. The Promoters will use entry data to administer the Competition (including verifying eligibility, conducting the draw and contacting the winner) and, where the entrant has consented, for marketing communications. Each Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and its own privacy policy. Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information, or ask to be removed from marketing communications, by contacting either Promoter.

Content & Publicity Rights

12. Winner Publicity & Content Usage. By accepting the prize, the winner grants both Hunters Element and Hunting & Fishing NZ the right to use their name, image, likeness, statements and any related content (including photographs and video) for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes across any media, without further approval or additional compensation. The winner agrees to reasonably cooperate with post-winning publicity requests.

General Terms

13. Acceptance of Terms. Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

14. Competition Details. Competition details as advertised form part of these Terms and Conditions.

15. Eligibility Exclusions. Entry is open except for employees (and their families) of Hunters Element (or Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd.) and Hunting & Fishing NZ, Pro Team members, printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes, and any other companies associated with the Competition.

16. Proof of Identity. Proof of identity may be required.

17. Disqualification. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. No other family members, friends, office associates, or any other person will be able to participate on the winner’s behalf.

18. Entry Method. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro, or automated devices will be void. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

19. Terms Amendment. The Promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of the Competition and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

20. Forfeiture of Prize. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

21. Judges’ Decision. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.

22. Modification of Competition. The Competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

23. Promoter Information. The provider of the prize and promoter is Hunters Element (a brand of Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd.), 4 Glover Street, Ngauranga, Wellington, New Zealand, together with Hunting & Fishing New Zealand.

24. Discrepancy Resolution. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard Terms and Conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.

11. Contacting Winners
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

12. Prize Confirmation
Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s).

13. Forfeiture of Prize
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

14. Judges’ Decision
Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
