Hunters Element Fieldays 2026 E-Ride Pro Bike Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter 
The promoter is Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd trading as Hunters Element (“Promoter”). 

2. Competition period 
The competition opens 10 June 2026 and closes 13 June 2026 inclusive, during Fieldays trading hours at the Hunters Element Fieldays stand (“Competition Period”). 

3. Eligibility 
Entry is open to individuals who: 

a) are 18 years or older at the time of entry; 

b) reside in New Zealand and can provide a New Zealand shipping address for prize delivery; and 

c) meet the entry requirements in clause 4. 

Employees of the Promoter, Black Sheep Trading, E-Ride Pro, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

4. How to enter 
To receive one (1) entry, eligible customers must, during the Competition Period: 

a) make a purchase of $150 NZD or more in a single transaction from the Hunters Element Fieldays stand; 

b) complete the entry form by providing required contact details and the relevant receipt number via the Promoter’s entry method at checkout, for example, via laptop at checkout as directed on site; and 

c) agree to be added to the Hunters Element database and consent to receiving email communications from Hunters Element, including marketing, product updates, promotions and other brand communications. 

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is linked to a separate qualifying transaction of $150 NZD or more. 

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or submitted outside the Competition Period may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. 

5. Prize 
There is one (1) prize to be won: 

a) one (1) E-Ride Pro electric bike; and 

b) one (1) black helmet. 

The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. 

6. Draw details 
The winner will be drawn at random by the Promoter by 5:00pm NZST on Thursday 18 June 2026. 

7. Winner notification 
The Promoter will attempt to notify the winner using the contact details provided, via: 

a) phone call; and 

b) email. 

The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact details provided by entrants. 

8. Unclaimed prize and redraw 
If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the Promoter’s first attempt to contact them, or if the winner is deemed ineligible, the winner forfeits the prize and a new winner will be redrawn at random as soon as reasonably practicable. 

9. Prize fulfilment and delivery 
The bike will be dispatched from Black Sheep Trading New Zealand. Delivery will be made to a New Zealand address supplied by the winner. The Promoter will coordinate fulfilment with Black Sheep Trading. Delivery timeframes may vary. 

10. Privacy and marketing communications 
The Promoter will collect and use entrants’ personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner, arranging prize fulfilment, and adding entrants to the Hunters Element database. 

By entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving email communications from Hunters Element, including marketing, product updates, promotions and other brand communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from these email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in Hunters Element emails. 

Information may be shared with relevant third parties, including Black Sheep Trading, solely for prize fulfilment and competition administration. Entrants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information. 

11. Liability 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting or using the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights a consumer may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. 

12. General 
a) The Promoter may verify entries and entrants’ eligibility, including proof of purchase and identity. 

b) The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law. 

c) The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Competition Details
Competition details as advertised form part of these terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open except for employees (and their families) of Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd., Pro Team members, printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes, and any other companies associated with the competitions.

4. Proof of Identity
Proof of identity may be required.

5. Disqualification
Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. No other family members, friends, office associates, or any other person will be able to participate on the Winner’s behalf.

6. Entry Method
Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro, or automated devices will be void. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

7. Terms Amendment
The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

8. Prize Availability
In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

9. Winner Cooperation
The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph, and disclosure of the county of residence and will cooperate with any other reasonable requests by Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd. relating to any post-winning publicity.

10. Draw Method
Unless stated otherwise, the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

11. Contacting Winners
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

12. Prize Confirmation
Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s).

13. Forfeiture of Prize
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

14. Judges’ Decision
Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.

15. Modification of Competitions
Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

16. Promoter Information
The provider of the prize and promoter is Evolve Outdoors Group Limited, 4 Glover Street, Ngauranga, Wellington, New Zealand.

17. Discrepancy Resolution
In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
