If you're venturing on mid-winter alpine excursions or warm spring/summer missions, the all-purpose, all-season Zenith Hood is an essential hunting mid-layer top. An integrated slimline hood has a skull cap design, providing complete insulation without any uncomfortable bulk when paired with a barrier layer. In particularly cold conditions, you can lose up to 50% of your body heat through your head. Being able to retain body heat and transfer moisture is key to staying safe in the mountains.
The Zenith is light, warm, tough, and breathes well when the heat comes on. It utilises a 280gm RPET recycled polyester hard-faced, high-wicking fleece for the main body and a 205gm GRIDstretch, high-wicking, high-breathability fleece for the underarms. A body-mapped design for the ultimate in warmth, wicking, and breathability.

Measure Up
Lay your favourite top or hoodie flat on a solid, even surface. Measure the 1/2 chest from armpit to armpit, and the length from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. Compare these measurements to the size chart to find your best fit.

We’re excited to offer Same Day Delivery to selected postcodes across Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. This service is fulfilled by NZ Post’s Express Tonight network, with deliveries made Monday to Friday between 6pm and 9pm.
Simply place your order before the cut-off time for your city and it will arrive that evening. If your address is eligible, Same Day Delivery will appear as an option at checkout.

1 YEAR WARRANTY
If within one year your Hunters Element product is found to have a manufacturer fault in any way, we will repair or replace it for free.
LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY
We’re so confident in the quality of our gear that if at any point in its life your Hunters Element kit gets damaged, we'll sort you out. If you've torn it on an antler or punctured it with a thorn, we'll repair it (if we can) for a small fee. RETURNS
WARRANTY ISSUES:
Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted. Please use our Contact Us page to notify us of the issue, including photos and proof of purchase.
INCORRECT MERCHANDISE:
If you received an item different than what was described on the website — wrong size, colour, or style — please get in touch via our Contact Us page and we’ll help you out.
SIZING RETURNS & OTHER:
For online orders where you'd like to change the size of one or more products, please use our returns form. Once we receive the product back (still in brand-new condition with the swing tags included), we’ll process a refund or exchange. Please expect delays during peak seasons and sale periods. Staff hold the right to refuse exchanges or returns.

I use my Zenith Top exclusively for night pesting in South Gippsland paddocks and so far have never gotten hot nor felt cold. Pairs well with the core series base layers (if you dont handle the cold well maybe the Core + series may also work well), especially when your slogging up hillsides. It feels lightweight and makes no noise while moving, my only nit pick is I wish it had a second high pocket as the first one is very handy for carrying a couple packs of 22lr or keys but can get a little hard to sift through all your items in the dark if you have multiple items in them. But love its lightweight feel and can't fault it for comfort!

As a tall, slender female, I bought the Men’s Medium and it is a perfect fit! Long arms aren’t a problem! 😂

Was wanting a top with a full-length zip front for heat control, but chose this as the next best option. Nice fabric, good sizing, generous length sleeves and generous length overall. Will use it a lot when it’s warm enough to not need a base layer and just wear the Zenith.
