I fly fish, don’t hunt! There are two major American brands that compete with Hunters Element but cost at least twice as much. Every item I’ve bought, and it’s a lot, has been first class! I bought the hooded Eclipse for fly fishing with the New Zealand sand flies in the back of my mind. I haven’t used it yet but I’m sure it will be outstanding for summer wading under a fly vest or Hurley’s Chest Pack. Another thing I like is their sizing! Apart from the Venom Gaiters, which I wish I had have bought in Large, I’ve been “Small”, or “Medium” for the Spectre jacket.

First one of these ive purchased. I like the cover up option, its not bulky, perfect for summer meat hunts. Im also thinking I could use it for duck shooting aswel, creak stalking/fast paced pheasant hunting.

So good I've got 2. Highly versatile, base and mid layer. Super light and cool but over a thermal will also keep you warm. Great bit of kit.
