Measure Up

Lay your favourite trousers flat on a solid, even surface. Measure the 1/2 waist across the top of the waistband, and the inseam from the crotch to the bottom of the leg. Compare these measurements to the size chart to find your best fit.

These are the measurements of the garment, not the person wearing the garment.

Please note measurements can vary within 1cm. This is within our tolerance.

Same Day Delivery

We’re excited to offer Same Day Delivery to selected postcodes across Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. This service is fulfilled by NZ Post’s Express Tonight network, with deliveries made Monday to Friday between 6pm and 9pm.

Simply place your order before the cut-off time for your city and it will arrive that evening. If your address is eligible, Same Day Delivery will appear as an option at checkout.

Wellington – Order by 2pm (delivery 6–9pm)

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for delivery the following business day.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 2-5 working days from dispatch during off-peak times. However, during peak seasons such as Christmas and sales events, please anticipate potential delays to dispatch. We partner with carriers TollNZ, Courier Post NZ and Aramex NZ to ensure your packages reach you reliably and efficiently. Shipping is within NZ only.

WARRANTIES

1 YEAR WARRANTY
If within one year your Hunters Element product is found to have a manufacturer fault in any way, we will repair or replace it for free.

LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY
We’re so confident in the quality of our gear that if at any point in its life your Hunters Element kit gets damaged, we'll sort you out. If you've torn it on an antler or punctured it with a thorn, we'll repair it (if we can) for a small fee. RETURNS

WARRANTY ISSUES:
Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted. Please use our Contact Us page to notify us of the issue, including photos and proof of purchase.

INCORRECT MERCHANDISE:
